Left Hip Bone, From Above, comments on MB:
  1. Anterior inferior Iliac Spine - Straight head of the Mm Rectus Femoris, and just inferior the Iliofemoral ligament
  2. Anterior Superior Iliac Spine Os - Inguinal Ligament and associated lacunar ligament.
  3. Arcuate Line Os
  4. Articular Surface
  5. Iliac Crest Os - from outside in - Muscle External Oblique, Muscle Internal Oblique, and Muscle Transverse Abdominus. Posteriorly the attachment of quadratus Lumborum, and Iliolumber ligament.
  6. Iliac Fossa Os - with its muscle Iliacus
  7. Iliopubic Eminence
  8. Ischail Spine
  9. Pectineal Line - Pectineal Ligament - with the Muscle Pectineus inferior
  10. Posterior Inferior Iliac Spine
  11. Posterior Superior Iliac Spine Os - Interosseous Sacro-illiac Ligament
  12. Pubic Crest Os - Medial Head of Rectus Abdominus Muscle, Anterior Rectus Abdominus Sheath, Pyrimidalis Muscle, and Lateral head of Rectus Abdominus Muscle
  13. Pubic terbercle Os - with the Conjoin tendon and the Inguinal Ligament . Lacunar Ligament forming a continuation with the pectineal ligament.
  14. Tubercle of Iliac Crest
The Inguinal ligament is made up from the lower boarder of the aponeurosis of the external oblique muscle, and extends from the anterior superior iliac spine to the pubic tubercle.

The lecunar ligament is a continuation of the inguinal ligament - extending backwards from the medial end of the inguinal ligament.

The conjoin tendon is formed by the aponeurosis of the internal oblique and the transverse abdominus muscles, and is attached to the pubic crest, pecten, and blends with the Rectus Sheath.
